Orks vs White Scars

Deployment: In this 'Secure and Control' scenario both sides are trying to claim the 5 loot counters scattered across the board. The Orks concentrate their 3 powerful slugga boy mobz in the centre, backed up by the warboss, skorcha, and screened by the grotz. On the right are their dreadnought and burna boyz, whilst on the left they have a unit of shoota boyz. The white scars have 3 units of bikes making up their front line, a unit of veteran bikers with the captain in the centre, and a landspeeder on the right. Ork Turn 1: The horde advances, careful to stick to cover wherever possible and making the most of the gretchin to provide better footing and speed up their movement. White Scars Turn 1: The landspeeder shoots down the flank, but otherwise the bikers pull back slightly, patiently watching their foe and waiting for the right moment to strike. City of York Militia Vs Imperial Defence Force - Find

Turn 1: The City of York Militia are searching the area for some key intelligence documents. They must find the documents cached next to one of the blue tokens and then escape with them, under the noses of the fascist Imperial Defence Force. Mike leads his group along the edge of the house whilst Leo advances the gun group up the road into the cover of the hedges. Mildred and Steven have been dispatched on a flanking manoeuvre to the north. An Imperial Defence Force constable is caught napping up against the brick wall. Mildred dispatches him before he can bring his deadly shotgun to bear at close range. Mildred ducks as a shot rings out from the house, but no more follow. Inside Constable Grubb curses at his jammed rifle. The militiaman on the road comes under fire as two more Fascists, Constables Varley and Bracket, pop up from behind the wall in the center. Tyranids Vs Imperial Guard

Deployment: In this scenario victory points are awarded for destroying enemy units and for capturing table quarters. The tyranids have concentrated their genestealers between the rubble and the warehouse. Up top around the capitol they have more genestealers and a carnifex, alongside the gargoyles in the tower. Infiltrating behind the silos at the bottom they have the broodlord with his armoured genestealer retinue. The guard have an infantry platoon occupying the central factory. The company HQ with it's missile launcher support squads is located in the archive on the left. Protecting the bottom end of the factory is an armoured fist squad mounted in their chimera. In addition the guard have three infiltrating veteran squads in the top left, bottom left, and centre right of the city. Tyranid Turn 1: The carnifex lumbers forward and fires it's bio weapon into the guardsmen on the roof of the factory. The whole Tyranid swarm scuttles forward towards the enemy, whilst the gargoyl...
