Straights of Sicily - June 1940

Setup: Whilst the French army crumbles against the German onslaught, the Marine Nationale doggedly conducts operations in the Mediterranean. In this scenario they are escorting a convoy from Algiers to Aleppo Day 1 Morning: Liore et Olivier heavy bombers escorted by Dewoitine fighters take off from Bizerte and sally out across the straights to soften up the Regia Aeronautica at Palermo. They are met by an overwhelming swarm of Italian fighters and three fifths of the sortie are shot down, achieving only superficial damage to the airfield and destroying a handful of aircraft on the ground. Meanwhile the Regia Marina take up positions to the north and east of Sicily. Day 1 Afternoon: The Italian fleet spreads out to the south and west. French submarines spot the light cruiser Scipione Africano accompanied by a destroyer scouting just east of Bizerte. Macedonian vs Seleucid

Deployment: The Seleucids are defending this mountain pass with two mixed commands, each containing pikemen and cataphracts led by a brilliant general. They also have a flank march of elephants supported by thyreophoroi racing to the field. The Macedonians have a cavalry command on the left, pikemen in the center, and a mixed command of pike, cavalry and medium infantry led by their strategist on right. Turn 1: The Tarentine light horse race around the hill to disrupt the Seleucid line, whilst the rest of the cavalry move into the center. On the right the long columns of pike and cavalry squeeze through the gap between the forest and gulley. The Seleucid's advance carefully around the brush, pushing their cataphracts into the center. Turn 2: The Macedonian pikemen on the right deploy from column to line screened by their cavalry. Alpha Legion Vs Lost and the Damned

Deployment: In this rescue mission, an informant is stranded on the surface of a Nurglitch daemon world. The Alpha legion are trying to recover their asset whilst the Lost and the Damned seek to capture them and find out what secrets have already been passed on. There are 6 cultist models scattered across the board, each force must identify the real informant and then keep hold of them until the end of turn 6 to win. The Chaos host have a pack of plague zombies and gibbering hordes deployed centrally, with traitors infiltrating into the silos on the left. Opposite the traitors the Alpha Legion deploy cultists and a chaos lieutenant behind the fountain. They also infiltrate havoc squads into prime positions atop the capitol building on their left, and tower in the center. Thrust forward in the middle a marine squad and another chaos lieutenant infiltrate the factory.
